Welcome to the website for Dr. Patricia Zeff. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the states of New York and California, offering both in-person and remote sessions. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety and
trauma, and also help individuals interested in developing
coping skills for life's tougher moments. I incorporate
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and
Interpersonal theory to help individuals (and couples) learn to manage stress and care for both their mental and physical health.
My
approach is collaborative and goal-oriented with a strong emphasis on
the use of mindfulness and self-care. I conduct individual and couple
therapy with adults of all ages and backgrounds. I
teach practical tools that can be used outside of therapy, and
encourage individuals to observe positive aspects of their lives.
