Insurance
I am an out of network provider and will be happy to provide an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about its reimbursement policy for behavioral health treatment.
Payment
Cash, check or credit card due at time of invoice.
Cancellation Policy
My policy requires 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. Please note, I charge full fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or for no-show visits.
